I have many websites. Most of them consisting of stories I have written as I was bored, or actually wrote them for a reason.
Figment: **Something invented, made up, or fabricated; an invention; a fiction; something feigned or imagined
--A website where you post stories, join clubs, and enter contests (:
Quotev: **Formerly known as Quizazz. Tons of fanfics and original stories are created everyday. You can also make quizzes, polls, and surveys. Quotev consists of many fangirls. Nearly everybody there loves One Direction or Black Veil Brides.
Aside from a few haters that roam on the site, you will not be judged. Everybody is family.
--A website that is a little bit like Facebook. You can place statuses but also post stories and join groups.
Wattpad: **A website in which you share stories that you've written, and read and comment on other people's works. Often called "YouTube for ebooks". There is a shuffle button if you don't know what to read, and if you like a particular author, you can 'become a fan' which is basically subscribing to them.
--More fan fictions. There are always the fan fictions.
Twitter: ** A social networking site in which you 'follow' people to see what they're doing. In simple terms, a site on which you stalk people to know what they're doing every moment of their lives.
--Most people know what Twitter is. And I have one as well.
Polyvore: **This crazy cool website where you can use a tool that you download, go to a site, download ANY picture you want to the Polyvore website, and then go into this editor thing and move it around with other items you find around the site and save to your "items" and such and such and then publish your "sets" for other Polyvore-users to comment on and favorite if they like. its mainly used by girls to put clothing together and talk. each item includes a link in its description back to where it was originally found on the interweb.
--This is a website where you can create the perfect outfit with clothes from your favorite stores.
Tumblr: **Tumblr is life and culture.
It is the epitome of culture and the total antithesis of the modern day pop culture which is so ingrained in today's children. There is no possible way to explain such a phenomenon to others.
You either get it or you don't.
--A website that is like a mix of Twitter, Facebook, Quotev, and Google. But it's so much better.
Pottermore: ** A website that is technological proof that:
Harry Potter will never end
JK Rowling doesn't even need to announce another book to make millions of fans foam at the mouth and cry in anticipation of something
Pink can actually be a lovely color
--For all you Harry Potter fans out there. You can go through each book, every chapter, and interact with the stories and play games. You can have your own wand and you get sorted into a house. I have two accounts.
I will put up more as I get more websites. And If you have any websites that you go to, don't be afraid to tell me about them!
